Brighton Lets is a member of the following: The Property Redress Scheme who are a Government approved ombudsman service. The UKALA/National Landlords Association, both regulatory bodies for the lettings industry. Brighton Lets does not have client money protection. All client’s monies are kept in a ring-fenced segregated client account with NatWest Bank. The "mydeposits" designated deposit protection scheme approved under the provisions of the Housing Act 2004. We are registered with the appropriate authority in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. So you can therefore be sure our procedures and advice are both professional and thorough.
