As part of the moving in process, tenants will receive the following documents:

Tenancy Agreement.

Deposit Certificate & Prescribed Information.

Deposit Information for Tenancy document.

How to Rent document as issued by the Government. Click here to view document.

Inventory & Schedule of Condition report.

An Additional Clauses document, highlighting some of the more important clauses already in the Tenancy Agreement as well as any clauses specifically relating to the property being moved into.

Copy of the Engergy Performance Certificate (EPC)

Copy of the Gas Certificate (GSC) if applicable.

Copy of the Electrical Installation Certificate (EICR).
